By using ScanToExcel ("the App"), you agree to these terms.

Service Description

ScanToExcel converts document images into Excel spreadsheets using AI-powered text extraction. Results depend on image quality and document complexity. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted data.

Free Usage

New users receive a limited number of free scans. On the web app, this is 2 free scans. On the iOS app, this is 3 free scans. After the free tier is exhausted, a paid plan is required to continue.

Subscriptions (iOS App)

• Free tier includes 3 scans.
• Paid plans provide additional monthly scan pages.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Page Packs are one-time purchases that do not expire.

Acceptable Use

• You may only scan documents you own or have permission to process.
• You may not use the App for any illegal purpose or to process documents containing illegal content.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the service.

Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from inaccurate data extraction or loss of data.
• Always verify extracted data before using it for financial, legal, or other critical purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
